2011-12 Reservation Policy -- Please read!

Reservations for LRSC functions must be made prior to every event (unless the does not require a reservation). You can make your reservation through the form below. You must reserve your seat/place at the event.

Reservation Cancellation Policy:

Reservations must be cancelled by 5:00pm the Monday prior to the event or you will be billed for the event. We do understand that something may come up between Monday afternoon and the morning of the function. If this is the case and you can no longer attend the function, please contact Teresa at alterch@hotmail.com as soon as possible to let her know. Since philanthropy is our ultimate mission, we cannot waste hard earned funds on meals for no-show. Please keep this in mind as you make your plans.
